Anderson Scarpa is a professional pickleball player from Charleston, South Carolina, who competes on the PPA Tour in men's singles, men's doubles, and mixed doubles. He is a graduate of Mercer University, where he played Division 1 collegiate tennis. After college, Scarpa worked in his family's business resurfacing tennis courts, and he came to pickleball through his work painting pickleball courts. He took up the sport in 2020 and began competing in tournaments in 2021. A right-handed player, he has also competed in Major League Pickleball. Off the court, Scarpa is married to his wife, Alana.
