Ava Ignatowich is a professional pickleball player who competes on the PPA Tour in women's doubles and mixed doubles. Originally from Darien, Connecticut, she played Division I tennis after previously being ranked number one in the state in tennis, taking her game to Davidson College before moving into pickleball. She has studied economics at the University of Miami. Ignatowich was introduced to the sport in 2022 by her older brother, James Ignatowich, who is also a professional pickleball player. Away from competition, she enjoys playing piano, volunteering at animal shelters, and surfing.
