Cameron Luhring is an American professional pickleball player from Aplington-Parkersburg, Iowa. Before pickleball, he was a standout tennis player who won two Class 1A state singles championships at Aplington-Parkersburg High School. A four-star tennis recruit, he committed to the University of Nebraska-Omaha and played for the Omaha Mavericks, but left the sport after his freshman year of college. He was introduced to pickleball by his older brother, Lane, who had taken up the game after getting into racquetball. While competing in pickleball professionally, Luhring balanced life as a college student at the University of Northern Iowa.
