Helena Jansen is a professional pickleball player originally from Palamós, Spain, who began her athletic career in tennis at age seven, reached an ITF junior ranking of 190, and relocated to the United States in 2019. She played collegiate tennis at Appalachian State University, where she earned multiple Sun Belt Tennis Player of the Week honors, All-Conference First Team Singles recognition, and a 2023 nomination for the NCAA Women of the Year award, while completing a bachelor's degree in psychology. Jansen was introduced to pickleball in September 2023 and made her PPA pro tour debut in April 2024. In 2025, she won a Triple Crown at the inaugural PPA Challenger Series event in Columbia, taking gold in women's singles, women's doubles with Pierina Imparato, and mixed doubles with James Delgado.
