Helena Spiridis is a professional pickleball player from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Before pickleball, she pursued tennis from age 12, rising to a top-55 Australian national ranking and the number one position in Victoria, and competing at the Australian Open Juniors and in multiple ITF events. She transitioned to pickleball in late 2023. In January 2025, Spiridis and her partner Tom Evans signed exclusive contracts with the United Pickleball Association, which consists of the Carvana PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball — the first such contracts for Australian players. The pair joined after competing in Australia's National Pickleball League, where they were part of the inaugural NPLeague 1 winning team, The Jalapenos. Away from competition, Spiridis co-owns Waev, an eco-conscious swim and sport label, with Evans.
