Jay Devilliers is a French professional pickleball player who competes on the PPA Tour, where he is known by the nickname "the Flying Frenchman." Born Jocelyn Devilliers on December 18, 1994 near Paris, France, he came to the sport from a competitive tennis background, attending Wichita State University from 2013 to 2018, where he reached an ITA singles ranking of 86 and an ITA doubles ranking of 26. He entered pickleball in 2019, taking the pickleball director position at Chicken N Pickle in Wichita, Kansas, and registering for his first professional tournament that April at the Minto US Open, where he reached the singles quarterfinal. On the PPA Tour he competes across men's doubles, mixed doubles, and singles.
