Noe Khlif is a French professional pickleball player who competes on the PPA Tour in men's singles, men's doubles and mixed doubles. Born and raised in Marseille, France, he picked up a racket at age four and pursued tennis, and the PPA Tour notes he was the No. 1-ranked junior tennis player in France in 2012. In 2016 he moved to the United States to play tennis for the University of Illinois before transitioning to pickleball. A right-handed player, Khlif also competes in Major League Pickleball and is based in Dallas, Texas.
